Well we've really had every element the good old British weather can throw at us this week, with Frost, torrential rain, and some serverely cold sub-zero temperatures. But the course has come through the worst of it, and is still open for golf as we head into the weekend. And it's been great to see the hardy golfers among you out and about on the course over the past few days.
In the shop this week, I've just placed an order for a brand new loft and lie machine. This piece of equipment will allow us to check over your set of clubs and ensure that you have the correct lofts between clubs. Over time, these angles do alter due to a number of different factors, and can results in you having two clubs that hit the same distance. This effectively leaves you a club short in the bag, forcing you to improvise out on the course.
Watch this space for more information on the arrival of the loft and lie machine...
